Enani Beach

Enani Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in cox’s bazaar. It is located around 32 kilometers to the south of the popular tourist destination of Cox’s bazaar. With the magnificient view of large mountains on the eastern side and the sun lying down on the west, inani beach is one of the main tourist attractions of cox’s bazaar.

 The beach considered to be the world’s longest beach, is decorated with tall palm trees has a beautiful lagoon which is perfect for the little ones to play and enjoy around. You can enjoy yourself sitting on the rock and enjoying the gentle breeze from the sea on your face, it might be the best day you’d ever had. Corals and seashells are hugely found in inani beach and the locals make their living by selling these to tourists.

Kutubdia

Kutubdia Island is located under cox’s bazaar district. It is one of the thanas of cox’s bazaar. Kutubdia Island is famous for its light house and the magnificent beauty of sea shore though it is very small in size; it has the ability to lead all the huge land by its Natural Beauty. The kutubdia beach is very attractive and It is no way less attractive than Cox's Bazr Sea Beach. The scenery of Sun-set and Sun-rise are obviously stunning for all natural beauty lovers. The unimaginative way of producing Salt is very interesting to the visitors. There are windmills beside the shore which may also be a point of attraction for the tourists.

Himchari

Himchari is located in Cox’s bazaar district under chittagong division. It is located 12 kilometer away from cox’s bazar. Himchari is enriched with the view of the side of the beach and the green mountain range on the other side. The main tourist attraction of himchari is the himchari waterfall. The waterfall is only active during rainy season.

Now a days there are many hotels and restaurants are available in himchari . And there is a long stair in hills for climbing. That is even greater attraction for hiking tourists. There is a waiting room above the hill top for tourists. Ticket price is per head 10 taka.

From cox’s bazaar, all types of vehicles are available for going to himchari . You can go by rickshaw, CNG or the famous ‘CHADER GARI’. It will cost 600-1000 taka. You can save some money by making a big group and hiring a vehicle. Rickshaw is a little cheaper; spend 150-200 taka and they will take you there.

 Himchari is the most beautiful place in cox’s bazaar. It is considered as he main attraction for the tourists as people can enjoy the view of sea from the hill top. It is a must see tourist spot for the tourists.

The Aggameda Khyang, Cox's Bazar

The Aggameda Khyang is close to the entrance to the Cox's Bazar. The major sanctuary-cum-monastery is carried on a sequence of round timber columns, which apart from accommodating the prayer hall and an assembly hall, also is the repository of a large of small bronze Buddha images-mostly of Burmese origin-- and some old manuscripts.

St. Martins Island

This little coral island about 10km south-west of the southern tip of the mainland is a steamy cliché, with beaches fringed with coconut palms and bountiful marine life. There’s not anything more strenuous to do here than soak up the rays, but it’s a clean and quiet place without even a mosquito to disrupt your tranquility.

Sonadia Island

It is seven kilometer of Cox's Bazar and nine square kilometer in area. The western part of the island is dirty and different kinds of shells are found on the beach. The northern parts of the island are beds of window pane oysters. During winter, fisherman set up temporary camps on the island and dries their catches of sea fish.

Ramu

This is a typical Buddhist village, about 16 km. from Cox's Bazar, on the main road to Chittagong. There are monasteries, khyangs and pagodas containing images of Buddha in gold, bronze and other metals inilaid with precious stones.

One of the most interesting of these temples is on the bank of the Baghkhali river. It houses not only interesting relics and Burmes handicrafts but also a large bronze statue of Buddha measuring thirteen feet high and rests on a six feet high pedestal. The wood carving of this khyang is very delicate and refined.

The village has a charm of its own. Weavers ply there trade in open workshops and craftsmen make handmade cigars in their pagoda like houses.

Maheskhali

An island off the coast of Cox's Bazar. It is 268 square kilometers. Through the centre of the island and along the eastern coast procession rises a choice of low hills, 300 feet high; but the beach to the west and north is a low-lying treat, fringed by mangrove jungle. In the hills on the coast is built the shrine of Adinath, dedicated to Siva. By its side on the same hill is Buddhist Pagoda.
